If you are not the original owner of the Seller Central Account, and were only given access rights, you will likely see this, when trying to authorize Amazon for Shopkeeper:

You will need to use the original owner's login email and his password on the Login to Amazon page, in order for authorization to work.

p.s. You can still use any email address for your Shopkeeper login, it's not related.
